Our HQ is Chicago, but we are serving luxury markets like NYC and Miami with private chef services, fine dining, events, yacht expertise, classes, team building, and culinary consulting.

Chef Andy Suarez holds a Culinary Arts degree and has more than 15 years of experience. He has worked as a caterer, Culinary Director, and private/yacht chef. He runs a popular culinary company offering many unique food experiences. He does every job in his company :)

Chef Andrew, with years of kitchen experience, leads all our events and steps in when Chef Andy is away. He also works full-time as a banquet chef.

Lead Chef Instructor- Kristen “KOKO” Ortiz

Chef Koko was Chef Andy Suarez’s apprentice. She works every event with him and has learned his way of making sure everyone is cared for. She also leads with kindness and is the heart of all our classes.

Erick Suarez- Lead Mixologist/ Yacht Bartender

Erick is our lead mixologist for bar services and assists with drinks onsite and yacht events. He also works as our deck hand for yachts.

Jackie Suarez - Bar/Support Team

Jackie works part-time, helping with cooking and supporting the bar staff. We also use her cleaning company so you don’t have to worry about big cleanups the next day. When she’s not busy with her businesses, she runs a pop-up coffee bar.

Chef Anna Schafer- Support Team

Chef Anna loves hosting, cooking, and baking. She leads cooking classes, private dinners, and big events. When she isn’t traveling, she runs her supper club.

Chef Zoe Bryant- Support Team

Chef Zoe brings energy, a love for food, and a strong eagerness to learn. She’s skilled in cooking and flavors. We rely on her to handle many requests. When not cooking with us, she’s at Carnivale making tasty dishes.

Chef Javier Gonzalez- Support Team

Chef Javier loves cooking and telling jokes. When he's not with us, he’s making great Korean food. He also enjoys CrossFit competitions.

Chef Nadia has many years of cooking experience. She has helped with all our events and met Chef Andy in 2014 while working at The Art Institute of Chicago. She is a key part of our success, and we value her passion for working with us.

Chef Alexandria Diclemente- Support Team NYC

Chef Alexandria, a Culinary Institute of America graduate and our talented NYC chef, loves learning, hosting, and creating great content. She’s a wonderful, genuine person, and we run a supper club together. When Chef Andy visits NYC, she supports him as the onsite chef.

Ellington Nichols- Support Team

Ellington is a professional ballerina and a member of our chef team. She brings great energy, skill, and true admiration for Chef Andy's cooking. We're lucky to have her both in the kitchen and with guests.
